본 서비스(이하 "서비스")는 TITAN CONTENT, Inc.(이하 "회사")가 아티스트 AtHeart의 신곡 프로모션을 위해 무료로 제공하는 웹 기반 리듬게임입니다. 별도의 회원가입 없이 누구나 이용할 수 있습니다.
본 서비스는 뮤직비디오 재생을 위해 YouTube API 서비스(YouTube 임베드 플레이어)를 사용합니다. 본 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 YouTube 이용약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
또한 YouTube API 서비스와 관련하여 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
회사는 무료 프로모션 서비스의 특성상, 서비스 중단·데이터(랭킹 기록 등) 유실에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 서비스는 회원가입을 받지 않으며, 이름·연락처 등 이용자를 직접 식별하는 정보를 요구하지 않습니다. 다만 아래와 같이 (1) YouTube 임베드 플레이어를 통해 Google에 전송되는 정보와 (2) 리더보드 운영을 위해 회사가 저장하는 정보가 있습니다.
서비스에서 뮤직비디오를 재생하기 위해 페이지에 YouTube 임베드 플레이어가 로드되며, 이 과정에서 기기 정보, IP 주소, 시청·상호작용 데이터 등이 Google(YouTube)에 전송·수집될 수 있습니다. 이 정보의 수집·이용은 Google이 자체 정책에 따라 처리하며, 자세한 내용은 다음을 참고하시기 바랍니다.
영상 재생은 이용자가 시작 버튼을 누른 뒤에만 시작됩니다(자동재생 없음).
이용자가 결과 화면에서 "랭킹 등록"을 직접 누른 경우에만 아래 정보가 회사 서버(Supabase)에 저장됩니다.

게임 설정(언어, 노트 속도, 선택 멤버, 음소거 여부, 닉네임, 내 기록 ID 등)은 서버가 아닌 이용자 브라우저의 localStorage에만 저장되며, 브라우저 데이터 삭제로 언제든 지울 수 있습니다. 회사는 자체 분석·광고 목적의 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다.

This service (the "Service") is a free web-based rhythm game provided by TITAN CONTENT, Inc. (the "Company") to promote the new single by the artist AtHeart. No account or sign-up is required.
The Service uses YouTube API Services (the embedded YouTube player) to play music videos. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
The Google Privacy Policy also applies in connection with YouTube API Services.
Given the nature of a free promotional service, the Company is not liable for service interruptions or loss of data (such as ranking records) to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Service has no sign-up and does not ask for information that directly identifies you (name, contact details, etc.). However, as described below, (1) certain data is transmitted to Google via the embedded YouTube player, and (2) certain data is stored by the Company to operate the leaderboard.
To play music videos, the embedded YouTube player is loaded on the page. In this process, device information, IP address, and viewing/interaction data may be transmitted to and collected by Google (YouTube). Google processes this data under its own policies:
Video playback starts only after you tap the start button (no autoplay).
The following data is stored on the Company's server (Supabase) only when you explicitly tap "Submit" on the result screen.
